Decree 598 / 2020, regulates how taxpayers can request from DIAN their inclusion in the Colombian Holding Company Regime (CHC Regime), which offers tax benefits to Colombian companies that have foreign shareholders and hold investments abroad. The benefits refer to dividends tax and capital gains tax.
