The area focuses mainly on the organization and planning of family assets under a structure that responds to the needs of each family nucleus. We offer advice on the planning, structuring and protection of family assets, structuring of holding entities and, in general, estate tax planning. Likewise, we offer advice on succession planning from the tax point of view and support and offer representation in the process of succession, structuring and preparation of wills, and transfer of the property to the next generation, seeking alternatives that minimize the tax impact on the distribution of family property. Foreign Exchange Regulations and International Investments
