Commitment and experience

Lewin & Wills is a business boutique Firm dedicated exclusively to provide legal advice in the following areas of expertise: Tax Law; High Net Worth and Estate Planning; Foreign Exchange Controls and International Trade/WTO; M&A, Corporate Law; Commercial Law and Litigation.

The Firm has also been recognized for conducting litigations and arbitrations with great success at a national and international level, exclusively for tax, foreign exchange and international trade issues.

Lewin & Wills is distinguished by its distinctive working structure, giving special prevalence to the active participation of partners and associates in each matter. We have a significantly low proportion of associates per partner, ensuring the use and implementation of the experience of our senior members.

We focus on legal areas and transactions that require a high level of knowledge and experience, thus we limit the number of issues we undertake. This has allowed us to gain wide recognition in the national legal market as one of the leading firms in our practice areas.
