Biography
- Juan Andrés Palacios is a partner in the Tax, Litigation, and Estate Planning practice areas of the Firm. He has extensive experience in the structuring and implementation of domestic and cross-border operations for clients in various industries. Additionally, he has represented several national and foreign clients in their tax and exchange-related disputes before national authorities, as well as before courts in Colombia.
- Juan is a Lawyer from the University of Los Andes, with a Master's degree in Taxation from King's College and a Specialist degree in Taxation from the University of Los Andes. In his academic career, he has served as a panelist in specialized forums on tax matters in Colombia and abroad.
