Jimena Marín is a senior associate of the Firm in the practice of Commercial, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Wealth Planning for individuals, families, and family businesses. She has experience providing advice on commercial, corporate, and contractual matters, incorporation, transformation, corporate governance, reforms, and liquidation of companies. She has participated in cross-border and local M&A and asset purchase and sale transactions.
She has an LL.B. degree from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, a specialization degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad de los Andes, a Master's Degree in Private Law from the Universidad de los Andes and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with an emphasis on Business Law from Cornell University.
