Francisco González

Biography

Francisco González is Partner of the Firm in the corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and foreign exchange practice areas. He has experience in the corporate and foreign exchange implications of cross-border and domestic transactions like mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and collaboration agreements and structured finance. He also advises individual clients and families on wealth organization matters and the legal vehicles required for such organizations.
His practice also includes the advice to companies in matters related with commercial law, contractual matters and company law. Francisco's practice also involve the advise clients in foreign exchange regulations including operations of foreign investments, Colombian investments abroad, import and export operations and foreign indebtedness operations, among others.
Francisco is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia and has obtained a Masters in Law degree from King's College London. Francisco has been recognized as beneficiary of Colfuturo in 2015.
