Biography
- Diana Vaughan is a partner at the Firm, in charge of the Commercial and Corporate Law Department. She also actively works in Wealth Planning for individuals, families, and family businesses. She has experience in providing corporate and contractual advice, as well as in the incorporation, transformation, management, reforms, and liquidation of companies. She has been involved in national and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions processes, project financing, and corporate reorganizations.
